I settled my program charge of £79.99 about the 17.09.2010 and didnt obtain a mortgage since i didnt possess a guarentor. And so I delivered them a notice requesting a reimbursement that was within 30day. Didnt get a reimbursement so-called them up plus they stated you didnt sign it and so I closed another notice and waited another 30days however nothing. So-called them up AGAIN plus they stated your cash ought to be inside your consideration with 4-5 times plus they stated this 7 imes! Named today again (22.01.2011) plus they stated the cash was place in your consideration about the 12.01.2011 i examined and named my lender and nothing was in. They stated I've to hold back until Friday 24.04.2011 and keep in touch with the card group. Therefore im so pissed-off waiting such a long time for my cash back may they actually provide it back? Today my lender is £80 in debts due to them! The corporation is producing thousands by keeping individuals cash and earning money off curiosity keeping it. The corporation ought to be turn off!
