Over paying on my bill

On May 27 I settled my telephone bill online. Used to do not recognize I forgot to alter the total amount settled, and so I paid for 2 weeks of support in the place of one. I named the client support quantity to determine what I really could do to obtain repaid for that overpayment. They explained I'd to deliver a duplicate of my bank statement for them. I visited the financial institution on May 31 and had them send a duplicate of my declaration towards the quantity I had been supplied with. I named them after I got home to determine if it had been obtained, however they mightn't tell me if it had been or not. I waited before following day and called again. Then your guy explained I had a need to visit a nearby cricket shop so when I questioned where the fax was delivered to he set me on-hold. While he returned he explained it had been being prepared. I called back 24 hours later and was informed I had a need to visit the financial institution again and also have another backup of my bank statement delivered to them again. I did so that. I called back on July minute and spoke to some boss called Tara who stated she'd contain it put-back into my consideration in three times. It will will be in there about the 11th of July, however it is stillnot. Everytime I call today the automatic support simply keeps stating all affiliates are assiting other clients. I named the shop where I bought my telephones and he offered me another quantity. I named it also it claims the same. I simply need my cash that's due back again to me. I've never had my cellphone turn off since I did not spend. Please support me since your customer support individuals don't understand what they're doing.
