Nov I visited IM because of being actual ill and discovered I'd pneumonia and myocarditis. I had been off-work to get a month and had no difficulties with Liberty Good. Feb 1st I had been having chest problems, shortness of breathe, couldn’t get my thighs comfortable and rested significantly more than normal. Because I'm still spending about the last visit to IM I named and could observe my cardio physician in 2 times. I waited mainly to conserve money and after viewing him he wrote me an email not to go back to function until I'd exams went. I'd a stress-test, match, EKG and laboratories. It got 3 1/2 months to routine / total so when the check returned it confirmed my heart was good. Today my company wouldn't I would like to return until I'd doctor’s notice declaring I had been ready to come back to function. Then when I delivered Liberty Mutual refused my state declaring that my limitations didn't guarantee not coming to work. Obviously the notice mentioned that my physician didn't return all required data as required. I'm appealing this and that I wonder if anybody had any recommendations etc…? I'm committed with 3 children and that I am absent 3 checks-which we can’t be without. I'm lost, unfortunate, disappointed and that I don’t understand what to complete.
