Short Term Disability Claim

I had been on temporary impairment and Liberty Mutual has recommended me that they can not have the ability to approach my state till I spend a statement which was DELIVERED TO THEM from my physician. This statement was for copies of medical documents that Liberty Mutual requested my physician to deliver for them. I WOn't spend this statement since the statement was delivered to Liberty Common for cost for solutions supplied for them... Not me. Today, the corporation is declining to approach my state for rewards. Just how can they endure my state for ransom like this? Has other people had an issue such as this?
