Recently received my mid year evaluation, Our Supervisor explained he have been directed to alter it frome a matches needs not to achieving them from the DM. The analysis fundamentally mentioned that after more than 25 years of expertise, used to do not understand how to do my job or possess the understanding and capability to do my work.
