Sluggish reaction!

Countrywide had really poor conversation around. These were provided our deadlines for the house purchase, however they constantly skipped our deadlines even if we named to advise them. Essential documents were never shipped or sent to us, like workers at Countrywide stated they'd be. We were really told anything was within the email... We never obtained it! They took forever to obtain the visit for that appraiser, which harm us within the long term.

They gave us a "pre qualification" for an FHA mortgage. That lay on the table for three months before we chose to proceed. Once they really attempted to qualify us on that mortgage, we were informed that people did not qualify. Countrywide must have been informed concerning the skills of the loan whenever we initially went in. So, we went with another mortgage. About the evening before final they'd an evaluation completed on our home. At midday they named to inform us that anything was going excellent, the evaluation return with excellent figures and we'd have the ability to create the midday final period for that following day. One hour later, Countrywide named back stating there have been issues with our evaluation and we'dnot have the ability to shut the following day. We were informed that people might today have to place more income along since the appraiser considered our community a "soft market". Fundamentally, Countrywideis insufficient certification, conversation, quick-response and reliability brought us to find another bank. Ideally this offer is not destroyed for all of US!
