Bad service - Lost original documents

Be cautious with this specific business! They're less due to their clients. They dropped my initial degree. Poor customer support. After I posted my software nobody actually named me to verify something. I received my analysis so when I questioned about my originals, I had been informed they do not have them. Each time I contact, they state that they're performing analysis. It has been over annually today. I still do not have originals. I actually donot understand what to complete. I'm impossible. I'm designed to get analysis from various organization for various college but I can not... Simply because they require originals. Fundamentally, due to Academic views I can not continue my training.
