Not delivery what they promise and took the money with no product

They provided work from home info for 99-cent. They got the 99-cent and that I did not get something. Haven't seen anything from them. No notice or something. Then all a quick 149.00 was removed my consideration with no notice or something allowing me understand that they would do this. Then i contact the 1-800-number that my lender offered me and today I am obtaining the run-around. There's no reimbursement notice to complete on that site.
