Money missing

I had been lacking cash from my bill. How they got my data is what I'm most upset about. I visited my lender, they might not inform me what i bought and neither might account services. Whenever you contact the company they attempt to seem useful. Two nights later i obtain a notice that claims possibly myself or somebody approved to gain access to my consideration created the "purchase and you will see no reimbursement. They still couldn't inform me exactly what the purchase was. They've today delivered me another notice requesting data to allow them to deliver me a refund. It amazes me this company. Could easily get in my own consideration consider cash and that I was none the smarter, it's difficult for me personally to gain access to my very own bill online. This headache started in march, it's today sept plus they nevertheless have my income. I'll include more for this after I hear back. Meanwhile I'm publishing this fraud on document to become shown at my lender!
