They delivered me a notice on Oct. 30 informing me they were likely to stop my bill on Nov. 1. I obtained the notice Nov. 5 and named them. They explained that it had been terminated simply because they couldn't withdraw the cash from my lender. I named my lender plus they offered me all of the paperwork showing that Affinion never attempted to withdraw the resources.
