Friday Aug. 7 I visited Sams Membership to buy a turbine. When I had investigated them on the web your day before. When I was studying I recognized my account had lately expered and so I restored online published my bill. I had been looking at on August 7 (after driving 45 minute to make the journey to this shop) the cashier mentioned my mebership had terminated and so I described I'd restored online and offered her the bill. She named a stockperson to consider the bill to customer support and check. We viewed as he leaned about the table and chuckled with additional workers so when he delivered to the point stated the pc did not show something. I stated you have my bill showing I'd restored and he mentioned "sorry I will;'t do something: " at this time I requested to get a supervisor. The cashier stated what would you like us to complete amazingly create iot seem? I stated this doesn't worry you I'd prefer to talk to the supervisor. At this time the cashier says" I actually donot require your shit my firend died yestersday and that I do not require this shit" as she strolled away saying bitch. I told the inventory individual I'd visit customer support and demand a supervisor myself. When I endured in the custmer support table nobody individual might consult with me. I quit the shop and called the 800-number about the back of my card. The assitant director did contact me athome to express she was sorry for my "issue" but she was the only real supervisor in the shop that evening and he or she was active. She mentioned she talked with both cashier and also the stockperson. I informed her if which was all she'd to provide I'd not be back again to the shop and that I might consider my criticism more, her reaction okay.

Whatever occur to only a little customer support? All-they needed to do was contact and provide the verification # to solve the problem.
