With hold of paycheck

With-holding of the last salary after which obtained some breaks from it without my contract. I requested to have a private leave shortage and was given the leave. After I named to obtain my check 7/24/09 I had been educated they terminated it on 7/24/09. Then I'm I had been ended. The GM Wendy Reed informed me she would create as hard as she may for me to obtain the pay owed to me. Since I had been assisting a buddy at her work at lunchtime, Wendy explained she spoke towards the work panel and that I wasn't permitted to that since I have requested to get a leave of lack. I told Wendy I had been just releaving my buddy so she might have a rest along with a lunchtime. I expected her easily was ended and he or she said I ended myself for assisting my buddy. I volunteer to return a function the two hours I had been assisting my buddy and he or she declined the present.
