Quiznos store, downtown miami, manager kicking out customers

I've been Quiznos client for some time but after today I'll never visit quiznos. I noticed the supervisor of the shop her name was SONIA. She was shouting and promising on a single of my buddy who had been in-line. Our buddy just questioned her because of large outlines why just one individual is helping clients yet others are simply standing doing nothing and its own lunchtime time in downtown Miami. I've never noticed a rude boss like this. She actually declined to function and started my buddy from the shop. How embarrassing. Do we require businesses like this running a business?
