Employer is not communicating with me for long

I'm one anticipating H1B VISA. I won the lottery. The united states company (Taj Application Program Corps) isn't speaking with me anymore. The neighborhood company explained they might not link the usa organization.

Three times past that I created a telephone call towards the boss of NEPTI (who's remaining in America). Their shipping through the telephone was really unjust and surprising. He explained he might contact me through telephone 24 hours later. Nevertheless he's not named me through telephone, or he delivered me-any email.

Now I actually donot understand what may I do. I want help.
