I've expenses from a crisis surgery in 10 that have not been compensated. I've been confronted with one of these being documented on my credit. I approached them in Feb and was informed the organization has declined to approach any statements presented after 8. That individual explained the organization would not actually react to their emails or telephone calls. They offered me the next figures: 800-769-8900 ext 801, fax 866-610-8762. I simply named and got a voice-mail. I named the client support quantity on my card today and was informed they'd a "back-log" and were only today running 9 statements. I've approached the PA Attorney General workplace and am being delivered complaint types. I also approached and quit a note using the PA Insurance Fee. I need everybody who's having issues with this specific organization to get hold of the telephone number I've outlined and abandon a note when you have to. Additionally, contact the Attorney-General and Insurance Fee for the condition to record grievances.
