Ms. Coley / Modesa had a program set up where she was supposed to give jobs to children. We had orientation for no reason, took pictures for no reason and turned in information for no reason. Someone exposed her, and she faked a seizure when it was time to talk to the cops. She went to the city for money and was told no, after she told us Obama had given her 1 million dollars. She and her friend Natoma Belton made new copies of the children's Social Security cards to use their numbers. She is a scam and she needs help.
