223 Street Harmony Marlene Cooley Fraud Business on an Event

Marlene approached the owners of the Cadillac James BBQ Sports Bar and Grill. She wanted to know if she can do a non-profit charity event. The Butlers asked her what the event was for. She said it was for stop the violence and get the guns off the street and to give out scholarships and to help the need es.in return that she can have all these artists come to Mansfield for a FREE concert for her charity event.in return she asked the butlers would they pay for the hotel rooms and that she can do six events at Cadillac James. No cost to the butlers. Marlene told them that she was going to help the children get healthcare and all types of help for the kids. She told the butlers do not worry about the money or food for this event because this was a charity event to let people know what Cadillac James is doing for the community.

Marlene Cooley promised that there will be a live band, photo shots, and artists. The Butlers were told that people from New Jersey were coming to Mansfield to interview with the butlers and the artists. Marlene told the butlers would they give her a chance to show what street harmony was about. So the butlers said okay. So the butlers offered to raffle off a 72 inch. Tv. The butlers were going to buy the tickets but Marlene had tickets and she was going to drop them off to them.in the event she was telling people she bought the 72inch tv and she is raffling it off. She called the butlers and they gave them the okay. Two of the artists knew it was a free concert. Marlene called the other artists and said they were getting paid. Marlene said the butlers did not pay her knowing the event was free. At the end the artists were stuck in Mansfield with no money to get back home. One local artist that performed was promised to get paid and to get a hearing aid and that never happen. Marlene lied to the Butlers and the artists for her own purposes.

Marlene is running around Mansfield saying she can do all these things for the kids and its not true. Marlene Cooley needs to be stoped!!! She is a ripoff and a lier. Do not believe anything she says. The butlers paid for the hotels, the limos, the food, and Marlene Cooley is going around saying she paid for everything and she didn't do anything. She sold the tickets and only gave the butlers $112 and the Cadillac James had over 175 to 190 people at the event. She sold the tickets for the tv and they got nothing, The butlers had to give money to the artists so they can get home, and after all that she physically attacked one of the butlers and I was shocked and knowing what the butlers did for this lady to help her and is how she pays them back. I was invited to see this charity event was real and from what i seen Marlene Cooley is a fraud. I know because I am a professional charity and event planer.
