Applebee's
Poor customer service - THREE CHEESE CHICKEN PENNE, CHICKEN FINGERS

Me and my wife went to the applebees in midvale utah for an afternoon lunch and everything was good at the beginning of our meal. We had good appitizers i had the french onion soup which is very good then we ordered our meals and i got the 3 cheese chicken pasta i took about 4 bites of it and i found a hair in my pasta! I was very discusted with finding that in my food but even more discusted with how they came about my complaint about it. They told me sorry about that but what good is that when you lose your appitite because of finding a hair in your food. They could have of at least compensated me for my pasta but all they did is give me a new bowl of my food. Me and my wife go to applebees one or twice a week but now i think we will take dinners out to somewhere different where they will have better customer service. I find applebees customer service and the managment to be very poor.
