Server spilled salad dressing on my husbands shirt - management

My husband and I were visiting South Carolina and stopped to eat at Longhorn Steakhouse in Florence, SC. The service was great up until the server spilled ranch salad dressing all over the back of my husbands brand new polo shirt which by the way did not even belong to our table. I ask to speak to the manager which was very nice. She said that we could leave the shirt and our address and they would have it dry cleaned for him. This happened Memorial Day Weekend and now we are approaching the Fourth of July and we still have not received his shirt. I have spoken with the manager Crystal twice since then. The first conversation was on 6/11 and she told me that the stain did not come out and they were sending it back to the cleaners to retreat the stain. I called her again on 6/23 to find out what the results were. She told me that the shirt has been mailed out. A week later we still have not received the shirt or a refund to replace the shirt.
