To whom it may concern,

I recently received a unsatisfactory delivery from CLEANERS QUALITY BUSINESS.

This letter is to complain about the unsatisfactory service I received when I took in a dress shirt i needed to be cleaned. Upon the delivery of the dress shirt, I found that it was damaged upon pick up day. They were suppose to clean a stain that was on the right side of the dress shirt but instead of cleaning it, they cut out the left shirt pocket and put it over the right side where the stain STILL IS SHOWING. And in addition the cut out the stain and left a patch to cover the whole.

I was expecting a higher level of service from there company, and I am disappointed with how things turned out. This is why I am going about and writing a COMPLAINT ABOUT THEM.

I also spoke to the owner MIKE PATEL and was told that there was nothing that he could do about it and he had nothing to do with it.
