Abusive language

I recently took the time to refill my coffee cup with a cold beverage, which i have done several times in the past at the mcdonald's in the medical center in macon, georgia, as well as at other locations. One of the managers spoke to me saying i could not refill my coffee cup with another beverage, something i was completely unaware of until now. I did not mind adhering to the rules, but when she told me to "pour it out", she did it with no sensitivity at all, much less respect to a paying customer who had just dined at their restaurant. Would it be too much trouble to post signs regarding this matter, so that paying patrons won't have to get the extra bonus of being embarrassed for spending their money at one of the world's most successful, respected, and loved franchises.
