Extreme rudeness by employees

We attend McDonald's restaurant in the above named Shopping Mall every Sunday after church. The McDonald's restaurant opens at 11:00 AM. Today it was 11:10 and we asked when the restaurant would open and we were told whenever they felt like opening it. Pablo said he was the manager. There were other young male clerks there and they were eating their breakfast behind the cage for all to see and speaking on their cell phones. They imitated us and were unbelievably rude. When we walked away to purchase coffee at another vendor they opened their window for business. If McDonald's doesn't need business I can understand nothing being done, short of that these employees need to be addressed immediately. Thank you for your anticipated attention to this matter.
