Dunkin Donuts
Poor service - Claremont, NH

I drove through the drive through at the Washington Street, Claremont, NH Dunkin Donuts. Ordered an ice coffee and received a hot coffee, when I explained that my order was wrong the employee said "Well, Thats NOT what you said", then he proceeded to pour the hot coffee into a cup of ice then handed it to me stating " There ya go, thats what you got", no apology just an ignorant reply. I submitted a letter to the store manage and still no apology. I now drive through McDonald's where I am treated like as a paying customer who deserves respect.
