Locked in the shop - build up a feast

I went to KFC Palm Springs Branch to but the build up meal that is on their special, they were about to close it was around 20:55. They locked us inside, I didn't have a problem with that because I thought that was a sign to show people coming that the shop is closed! They started calling our our orders as people were taking their orders they went to the door for someone to open for them, they ask one of the staff and the lady with a very loud voice was busy saying we wont open for anyone until we finish giving food to everyone in the shop! We stood at the door for about 10 - 15 min waiting for them to open the door!
