Poor Customer Service - Bake shop

I visited the said Branch on June 9 (Sunday) at around 9:45 AM. I saw the signage 'Closed', but still, I tried to call the attention of the lady (by tapping the car key on the glass door) to ask what time they open because the 'Business Hours' signage was not posted outside. To my dismay, the lady just ignored me and continued her thing. She only looked at me when I started raising my voice and asked what time they open, which she rudely answered, 10:00! Simultaneously gesturing her two hands with the no. 10. When I requested/asked if she can accommodate me besides, it's almost 10:00 already, the rude lady, without uttering any word, turned her back at me. I just left having in mind that I won't let this incident pass without filing a complaint.

That rude lady deserves some training on customer service!
