Ripoff Owner is dishonest

Dishonest business practices: I was contacted by this man - the owner, to do repair work at his restauran. After verbally agreeing to have it repaired and having us complete half of the work - he decides to "cancel" with a phone call before the next day after we had already done 3 hours worth of service to his system. The man is dishonest and I will never do business there and I discourage anyone from giving this man theirs.
