Dishonest Business Practices A Taylor RoofingA-Taylor Roofing located in Arlington Texashired several new inexperienced sales people after the hail storm hit the Dallas/FtWorth area three months ago. They promised training and commission of 350.00 - 500.00 per roof job. The commission was to be paid when the roof was completed. They did not train anyone. They proved to be very disorganized. It took over two weeks to get a price list. They claimes that they could do other repairs from hail damage, such as siding, window repair, etc. They did not have the people on hand to do this work and would send out unqualified roofers that were not able to properly repair these items. They have cheated their sales people out of their commissions. They are invoicing the insurance companies for work they did not do. They will sell you a 25 year roof and then install a cheaper 20 year shingle. They are very dishonest. Do not do business with this company. If you are owed money for any work you have done call the Texas Work Force Commission to file a complaint. I f you are a customer call the Better Business Bureau.
