Dishonest sales practices

I purchased a car from Passport Motors. Prior to purchase I found the navigation system was not working. John assured me the navigation system would be repaired prior to purchase. When I picked up the vehicle the the system was only reset not repaired. After purchase the dealer found the system was modified and repair was necessary - $784 worth of repair.

John would not honor the guarentee that the system was repaired when I contacted him. This is dishonest sales practices patching problems instead of fixing them correctly!

I warn anyone purchasing a vehicle from this company for honesty is suspect!
