Tavalon Tea, John-Paul Lee Lied, cheated, dishonest

I was hired to work at this company as a sales rep. They had promised that I would make commissions on the first sale as well as residual sale. The owner John Paul Lee had written up a contract and every time I would ask him to put this exact agreement in writing, he would ask that I call him to discuss over the phone.

I worked at this company for a few months and left along with several other individuals. The owner turned out to be very shady and dishonest and this was felt amongst all his employees. He has people working for him for free and treats everyone as his slave. What they are doing to their employees is bad business practice and I hope no one ever ends up working at this company.

The owner, John Paul Lee is full of bullsh* and tells everyone has he has so many tea bars, the funny thing is he doesn't even have ONE freakin tea bar! Nobody deserves to work at a company like this. AVOID working at TAVALON TEA at all costs! I don't care how desperate you are for money or for a job, don't work here, it's not worth the time at all!
