First bad experience - shrimp re fire

We love applebees it's our go to restaurant! However last night was our first bad experience. I ordered the lemon parmesan shrimp and rice. It sounded so good! When I got it the food was half on the plate. Like someone tripped and it all moved to one side. I had a few bites and did like it. The rice was ok but my shrimp was tasteless and rubbery. My fiances shrimp was much better he had the steak and shrimp. We told a server and he said he would re fire with the blackened shrimp. Ok that would be good. Well all I got was more shrimp. So I nite had more shrimp... Still a lil rubbery but better and cold rice. When the server came back my fiance said we expected the whole dish to be re fired. Server said to order it with different
