I was in the Sterling, Illinois location by reference an impressive cook that was hired a few months ago. My experience was unacceptable. I overheard your server tell a customer that they are old so they didnt know what they ordered. My server would vanish for periods of time coming back smelling of smoke. Makes me wonder if they even washed their hands. They bring drinks touching the tops of the glass. Now that's gross, and yet again i wonder if they wash their hands. Listening to your servers holler, scream, and rant like children to your cooks. So sad. The bathrooms had no hand towels and when i said something to the server she replied, not my job. So i have to wonder is management watching this? Do they care at all about the cooks or customers? I came by strong reference to Shane Rippy. He is an amazing cook, server/owner. We have followed him since his resturant was closed. I guarantee he can and probably has increased your business just from people knowing he works there. Don't lose that boy. He could help you in many ways. Far as the food quality, I couldn't complain. I had a new blackened steak. Was amazing. Cooked perfectly.
