Horrible server - long horns

Long horns is always a great place to eat. EXCEPT for when we went in Perry, GA. When arriving we waited 5 mins to be seated which we ignored because it didn`t seem thst long. After we were seated are server arrived she didn't introdue herself or even a welcome of any sort! We ordered and are server didn't arrive back til are food was completely done except she sent other waiters. Soon are food arrive which was gpod! But then all are drinks were empty! Also we wanted some ketchup which she was still no where in sight! So we had to wave down another server! The waiters name was Judith L worst server ever! We usually tip a 10 but for this exeptional server she got a 3 dollar tip i hope this issue is resolved because this ruined are meal. Thank you
