Ude and disrespectful servers - Dirty Silverware and Drinks

I was in applebee on pleasant hill rd last night. I come there all the time and spend a lot of money and time there. But last night was outrageous an rude. The server was mad because i didnt want her serving me because wen sat down she took 25 minutes to come to the table after the fact that i had already got some one else and it took my food an hour and a half to come and it was still wrong. I spoke with the manager on duty and as i was talking to him both servers were standing behind him listening to what i was saying and rolling their eyes and after i ate my food another server said dont let her bring your food because she will spit in it what kind of store are they running. I called the next day to speak to general manager. Im really considering legal action because thate was the ultimate threat from amanda the server and doug who was very rude and told me to keep my tip and threw it back on the table. These type of people dont deserve to work on an enviornment where people come to relax and leave there angry as hell because of there stupidity and and poor workmanship. I have been coming coming to this store location for almost 2years and i see the same pattern repeating itself. They dont care if you are a regular they threat you like trash and you wonder why your sales at that store are down. They need to fire all those half ass working servers that dont do their jobs. If corporate was to come in by surprise you would be surprised at what you see these people do while their on your clock and off wow!!! You would have the shock off your life. Wait till you see the hidden camera videos i have wow!
