Mcdonalds jerome and burnside ave, bronx NY
No one to take my order!

When I got off from work I had really wanted Mcdonalds. I took a look at the menu and finally had decided what I wanted to order. I had noticed that no one was at the register to take my order. The worst of it was the manager was having a conversation with an employee and never once acknowledge that there was someone waiting to order. I had noticed that one employee walked over to the register where I was standing. When I asked if she was going to take my order, as I watched her texing on her cell phone she said no. When I asked why the hell was she on her cell phone she walked away. I still was not attended to. SMH SMH WTH no one but no one took my order. I watched as one worker placed a mans order on the counter and then walked away. There was no smile no Thank You for coming to Mcdonalds, Nothing!!! And still no one took my order. I understand that the location is in the Bronx, but why oh why does it have to be gettho... If I spelled that right because that isn't a word I use in my vocabulary and yet that just what it was. No one including the manager acknowledge me. As a manager I was appualled at the behavoir I was being expoed to. If this is how Mcdonlds does business and in the Bronx no wonder I have read nothing but complaints that just indicate that Mcdonalds does not work on business structor of customer service, its rather wack!!! Super wack!!!
