I walked into the mcdonalds in freeport, IL and was backsassed by a worker when i changed my order. Her exact words were, "people like you make my day hell." I don't know if this is what ray krok had in mind for great service but i would rather eat bugs in africa then go to mcdonalds and be treated like that
