Keep taking money from an unauthorized checking account of mine without my permission

I have no idea who these people are or what they do, but suddenly they began taking money out of a checking account I do not keep funds in and have caused me many overdraft fees - I don't know how they got hold of this account number. Even if I did request their services, I would never have allowed automatic withdrawal and I especially would not have used an account in which there are no funds EVER. They do not include any other information such as an address, what they do, a phone number and only information I was able to obtain is the bank they use to take my money but even they were of no help to me.

I called my bank several times and was unable to obtain any helpful information to reach them and therefore put a stop pay on all previous debits and will stop all future attempts to take my money and will be reimbursed the money they have stolen and caused in fees to date. I never allow automatic withdrawals from my accounts and never would have used this account - that's exactly how money disappears mysteriously and by the time you realize it, it's several hundred dollars or worse. I would love to know who they are and what they do so I can contact them directly and get to the bottom of this huge mess they got me into.
