Ripoff Allowed unauthorized withdrawals charged unfair overdraft fees

Washinton Mutual allowed unauthorized funds to be taken from my checking account causing my account to become overdrawn.

Washington Mutuals justification for this was that I had used this ATM before, so they (washinton Mutual) ASSUMED for me as to what my action would have been and allowed the unauthorized funds to be taken. I did not give my permission!

This action on their part caused my account to become overdrawn causing the domino effect, causing more and more overdraft fee's to be incurred.

This action depleted my checking and savings, and would have continue taking funds from any deposits that were made, I closed the account.

Washinton Mutal's own staff said the funds were unauthorized,

They allowed my money to be taken and they kept charging the overdraft fees, and now they've messed up my credit and they don't want to refund my money, even though I've shown my documented proof that they were at fault.
