A1 Let down - Ford Luton Hydraulic Van

Booked a van with a tail lift giving four days notice. I rang twice to confirm a vehicle would be delivered. "No problem sir", I was told. At 12 noon on the day of delivery they called me and tried to offer me a smaller sized van. Should have heard alarm bells ringing. 40 Min before they should have delivered the van they phoned. "Sorry no vans available, we'll refund your payment". Do yourself a favour, don't deal with this company, they are an A1 let down. The words 'customer service' and reliability do not feature in this company's vocabulary, they’re not that cheap either.
