Disgusted - VAN HIRE

I ordered a Luton Van on line to be delivered to my home address. I had a call 24 hours in advance to advance they could not supply type of van requested but could offer a large transit which I accepted. Less than 12 hours before the van was to be delivered I received an email advising that they could not supply any van at all and would not be deducting any money.
I discovered that they had in fact deducted £625.99 and emailed immediately. No response. 9 days later, 4 phone calls and still no money returned. We have spoken to Gen, Mark, Eric and Stuart who have all told me the payment is on its way but cannot explain why the money was taken or what the delay was.

This is a shambolic way to run a national business and I will never ever use them again.
