Ripoff dishonest billing charging for cash advance not gotten

My wife and I had cross country credit cards. Cross country charge both of us for cash advances that we never received, when we asked the bank about this they told us, that was to cover insurance that we had with them. We never purched insurance from cross country or any other product they had to offer. They charge the cash advance so they can tack on inst. And they wait until your limit is low and then they add the annual fee so that you will go over the limit so they can charge the over limit fee. We as americans must stand up for our rights so i ask everybody that has file a complaint on this web site to write to the following.
