They reviewed and denied reversing a blatent and fraudulant late fee. This specific problem cascaded into hundreds of dollars of late and over limit fees and further interesting problems. The company Cross Country Bank is a late fee / over limit fee machine. This company has to be stopped...

Put in its place! I have since ripped up my card with the 27% interest fee attached, and have brought the card under the limit (but at a significant expense).
