Ripoff they called me on my cell told me to pay $259.00 and I would get a mastercard with a 2000 limit. I never got the card but they got my money!

A person called me on my cell phone and told me that I was approved for a 2000 limit mastercard. They told me that I would have to pay 249.00 for processing fees. I paid it. I never got my card.
