Ripoff

I was called by a rep from Sureway telling me I have been approved for a mastercard with a 2000 limit. I was told it is a way to build my credit and if I stay on track my limit would be 10,000 with in six months. I had recently applied for a mastercard to start building my credit so never thought twice about it. They told me they had a 249 dollar processing fee, and they could no longer take off the credit card because people of abused that option. I paid the 249. Oo April 29th, then today 6/30/05,2 MONTHS later I get some letter saying they want another 40 dollars and then I can get a "cash" mastercard. When I called they said that is what I signed up for, but when I signed up I made a point of asking is this a normal mastercard, and they told me no hidden fees, no pre-payments needed minus the 249, and that I* would receive my card with in 25 days.
