AKA Guardian Financial Mastercard Ripped me off, took my hard earned cash right out my bank account and never did I get a mastercard as promised only bunch of excuses ripoff

Got a Phone call one morning from So called credit company Guardian Financial. And they Told me that I had got approved for a mastercard with a $2000.00 limit. With 0% interest for two or three years. They told me that I would have to pay a one time offer of $249.00 that was to be debited from my account two weeks from the date they called. I aked the operater in the event that I was unable to come up with the $249.00 could I cancel she told me yes and she gave me a 1-888 number with extension X9501. Stating that I could call that extension if I needed to cancel this transacion.

As the days got closer for the electronic withdrawel from my checking account I could not come up with the money I called the operater and stated that I would like to cancel my transaction and she was really rude and was like We made it fully clear that because this was a special offer that this transaction could not be cancelled. But I was told other Wise. I had to borrow the $249.00. Which since I was under the assumption that I was getting a mastercard with a $2000.00 limit that I would be able to get $500.00 Cash Advance daily.

I was going to pay back my loan with interest, Now that I have found out that I was scammed. I don't know how I am going to pay back the loan. Now I can't never get in contact with the company; they always have me leave a message and no one calls back ever. So I don't know what to do. I have notified my bank and told them that a unauthorized electronic withdrawel has tooken place and they told me a number for guardian financial I called and I always get told the same exact thing leave a message and someone will get back to me shortly. Hey its a good thing that I didnt hold my breath until they called because I would be dead by now.
