Best Buy Credit Card has failed twice to E-Mail me my Bill reminder, then Cgarged $39.00 late fee.

They refused to remove the late fee, and had "attitude" on the phone when I said I would cancel my account. No offer to talk to a service manager.
No problems with bills by regular mail, just E-Mail billing.
