They charged me for the service

I moved from one location to another one i called century tel had service moved they set a date to come out and hock up service they did not show up i called them back the guy showed up a week later had tel internet service the telephone worked but the internet did not work for the next 3 months i payed for internet that did not i called them over and over i demanded a refund they said they do not refund for phone not working so i cancelled the service these people hired a collection in nashville, tn 37228 robinsonreagan&young 1-800-292-8407 and forced me to pay for the service i did not have the put this crap in the credit bureau experian/trans union my advice if you are with these people switch to some one else
