Horrible Customer Service

I slept as of this resort while joining a for my cousin. The hotel company was unprofessional & rude. Our encounter at Staybridge Suites in Augusta, was a headache: Their room-service was awful, their employees curses at resort visitors & intends guests who think about hiring a collection (one man I noticed there is being bothered from the resort director to be a policeman?!?), and several of my possessions went missing after resort preservation cased my space, and that I needed to document a police statement (I then found out the Staybridge resort director uses ex cons to support the resort with NO protection in position!); and never to say, the free breakfast was unedible & stale. Their alleged cook, is just a sluggish lady - that has no cooking ability, whatsoever!!! I truly wouldn't suggest to anybody, hiring an area at Staybridge Suites... Their whole team ought to be dismissed for poor customer support!!
