Non refund for horrible hotels

I hired a room in a resort in July utilizing Orbitz to guide the accommodation. After I reached the resort it had been filthy, the bath didn't function, the sink and bath equally didn't strain. The resort director arranged two big households with 4 or even more kids in each room on either aspect of my space. The kids went down and up the places after 10 PM during the night. After being awoken at 6 AM by these same kids I visited the leading office and informed them I had been looking at, they declined to provide me verification that I tested out and declined me a return. Resort administration explained I'd need to get a reimbursement from Orbitz. I called Orbitz immediately.
