Unprofessional tellers - banking

Hi I just like to express my disappointments with the new set of tellers at their 36 and broadway nyc branch. I think they need retraining re customer service. There had been many incidents that they have made us uncomfortable with how they treat us everytime we go there. We have a business account and have been holding an account for many years and been going to these bank for many years since its down at the lobby of our office. Yesterday my colleague went down there to make deposits i guess 3 mins before their 5 pm closing and was scolded by the bank manager that she should come earlier next time or she will report my coworker to our account manager. One time too they disclosed confidential information while we were trying to deposit a check. Since its a business account and we are only representatives of the account holder. The teller said " did you know that there is a levy in your acocunt". And another incident... I was depositing a check for my boss and they actually asked me if I am the account holder in a very rude manner and I am not sure why they have ask since I am only trying to deposit and I did not even ask them for any info about the account and the two tellers looked at each other when i said "no I'm not". There are a few more we find really insulting I think that this is not how customers should be treated. The previous tellers where so much nicer and pleasant.
