Misleading and provides zero customer servcie. Complained about the service and lack of professionaism and my account was closed. Made false and misleading remarks Kalamazoo, Michigan

From the opening of my checking account with charter bank. They mislead me and told em outright lies. People identified themselves as managersa nd were not.

Another as a financial palnnera nd was not!

The tellers chewed gum while talking to customers.

I was promised $50 to open any type of direct deposit and was not given the $50 until i copmplained. The regional manager was arrogant and made angry deraugatory remarks to me.

I even tried to be kind and gave one of the tellers a beautiful framed photo. I treated them courteously but questioned the integrity of some of charter ones staff and was met with rudeness, was told by management to "shut Up" and one person outright identified herseldf as something she was not

This bank has no integrity
